Our small church is looking for a Sunday morning childcare worker. We have one individual with special needs in our program & we would love to employ someone with a background in special education. Our special needs friend is a woman, so we are seeking a woman to hire. You would be a helper in class; an additional adult will be with the children at all times, doing the teaching. Our childcare workers must be comfortable in the Sunday school environment, (wouldn't feel hostile toward our teaching). You would be the second adult in our classroom of about 8 children, ages ranging between 3 and 6.
Our daughter is an easy, fun-loving kid and we pride ourselves on being good to work for! We are looking for a babysitter (or two people who can split the days) who is responsible, fun, reliable and loving to watch our 3 year old daughter from 12:15 - 6:15 pm Monday -Thursday for the coming school year, starting the second week of September. We live in Maplewood. Responsibilities include picking up her from preschool, arranging playdates and outings, driving her to activities and feeding and/or bathing her some evenings. We are looking for a non-smoker with her own car and a clean driving record. We have a sweet, non-shedding dog named Gus.
Hi! We are a family in the Montrose area of South Orange that needs some after-school help with our pre-K girl and 2nd-grade boy. Mom and Dad both work in TV and film, and while our schedule is flexible, we anticipate work to start getting more hectic, especially in the new year. We'd love to have someone who can start out a few days per week (your choice) in November. A general afternoon schedule would include: picking up our son from the elementary school down the street at 3:15, perhaps letting him play on the playground (weather permitting), ensuring homework gets done and then generally sitting idly by while he plays Minecraft, then picking up our daughter from her preschool (requires driving 3 miles roundtrip) between 5:30 and 6 and delivering her home. We'd love to try out having the extra part-time afternoon help with the possibility of expanding hours/days in 2019. We are fun and nice and generally huge nerds who watch a lot of TV and build a lot of Legos. ?
We are a busy household of 3 kids ages 9, almost 6 and 2.5, two boys and a girl. They are a bundle of fun and chaos! We also just welcomed a little puppy into our house who is as demanding as the children. My husband works long hours, and I just can't do it all (at least without losing my mind)!
We are an active and loving family of 5. We have two girls (13, 8), one son (11), and a playful 2 year old labradoodle. We work full-time and our children participate in various after school activities. We are hoping to find a sitter who can become a part of our family and will stay with us for as long as possible.
My husband Dan and I have 3 kids - Owen (13), Grayson (11) and Finley (9). The kids are in school all day but have very busy afternoon schedules with soccer, tennis, lacrosse, piano and CCD at OLS. We have a dog named Lola. She's a malti-poo and is hypo-allergenic. We are a very active family. We like to play tennis, ski, play (and coach) soccer, hike in the reservation and go to the beach. We are a vegetarian & vegan family.
The 3 yo loves playing outside, singing and dancing, reading, and doing art projects. We are looking for someone who loves creative play and is excited to be ACTIVE and go outside with the kids! Some days the 5 mo will remain in parent's care, other days with nanny.
The older child is potty trained but may require assistance. Nanny will need to prepare snack and a light lunch most days and may occasionally be requested to help with light housework or local errands.
Must be comfortable around large dogs, but pet care not required.
